How to Return Your Item

Follow these three simple steps and we'll handle the rest.

Initiate Your Return

Contact us via our contact form or WhatsApp (+92-300-1234567) within 30 days of delivery. Provide your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will confirm eligibility and send you a Return Authorisation (RA) number within 4 hours.

Pack the Item Securely

Place the item back in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, manuals, and any free gifts included with the order. Write your RA number clearly on the outside of the parcel. Items returned without original packaging may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Send It Back — We'll Collect for Free

We'll arrange a free courier pickup from your address anywhere in Pakistan, or you can drop the item off at our Karachi office (3rd Floor, Dolmen Mall Clifton, Karachi). Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

What Can Be Returned?

Items must be unused and in their original condition to qualify for a return.

Non-Returnable Items: Personalised or custom-engraved products, opened software licences, downloadable digital content, and items that have been used, washed, or altered cannot be returned unless they were received in a damaged or defective state. Contact us if you're unsure — we're always happy to help.

Prefer an Exchange?

If you'd like a different product, colour, or size, we can arrange an exchange instead of a refund.

Exchange Programme

Changed your mind about a colour or size? No problem. Once we receive your return, we'll dispatch your replacement item the same day at no additional shipping cost within Pakistan. Simply let us know the item you'd like instead when you initiate the return, and our team will confirm availability. If the replacement item has a higher value, you'll only pay the price difference.
