How do I place an order?
Browse our collections at taqwahaya.com, select the product you love, choose any applicable options (colour, size, quantity), and click "Add to Cart". When you're ready, click the cart icon and proceed to checkout. You'll enter your delivery details and choose a payment method — it only takes a few minutes.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a wide range of payment options for your convenience: JazzCash, Easypaisa, all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfer, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders within Pakistan. International orders can be paid via card or bank transfer. All transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +92-300-1234567 or email support@ygcpl.com with your order number. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled but you can initiate a return after delivery.
Do you offer installment payment plans?
Yes! For orders above PKR 15,000, we offer 0% easy installments through select partner banks and HBL installment service. On the checkout page, select "Pay in Installments" and choose your preferred plan (3, 6, or 12 months). Eligibility depends on your bank. Contact us for details if your bank is not listed at checkout.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. Taqwa Haya is PCI DSS compliant and uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption for all transactions. We do not store your card number or CVV on our servers — payment processing is handled entirely by our certified payment partners. We also support 3D Secure (OTP verification) for an extra layer of protection.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines, tracking, and international orders
How long does delivery take?
For standard delivery within Pakistan, orders typically arrive in 2–5 business days. Express delivery (1–2 business days) is available for an additional PKR 500. International orders to GCC countries take 7–12 days, UK and Europe take 10–18 days, and the rest of the world 14–21 days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM PKT are processed the same day.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Taqwa Haya ships to over 40 countries worldwide. International shipping rates vary by destination. GCC countries: PKR 3,500 | UK & Europe: PKR 5,000 | Rest of World: PKR 6,500. Please note that customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping rates.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an SMS and email with your tracking number and a link to the courier's tracking portal. You can also visit our Track Order page and enter your order number and email address. For real-time updates, you can also reach us on WhatsApp and we'll check your order status instantly.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging every order, but if something arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging, then send them via WhatsApp or email to support@ygcpl.com with your order number. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no questions asked.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Standard shipping within Pakistan is free on all orders over PKR 5,000. Orders below PKR 5,000 incur a flat shipping fee of PKR 250. Free shipping applies to standard delivery only; express delivery is always charged at PKR 500 regardless of order value. International orders do not currently qualify for free shipping.

What is your return policy?
Taqwa Haya offers a hassle-free 30-day return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Personalised or engraved items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
How do I start a return?
Initiating a return is easy. Contact us via WhatsApp (+92-300-1234567) or submit a request through our Contact page within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and reason for return. We'll arrange a free courier pickup from your address or you can drop the item off at our Karachi office at Dolmen Mall Clifton.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. For JazzCash and Easypaisa, refunds typically reflect within 24–48 hours after processing. For credit/debit cards, it may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank's processing time.
What does the warranty cover?
All Taqwa Haya products come with a minimum 12-month manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Smart furniture and tech products carry an extended 24-month warranty. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. To make a warranty claim, contact support@ygcpl.com with your order number and photos of the defect.
