Mr. Hussain is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales. Prior to joining as a CEO of YGL, he was serving in an Internal Audit Division of a reputed public sector financial institution. He worked for Grant Thornton UAE (Dubai Office) after completing his articles in affiliation with Grant Thornton Anjum Rahman, Chartered Accountants.
He is also a fellow member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He completed his BSc (Hons) in applied accounting from the Oxford Brookes University, United Kingdom. He has vast experience of financial reporting, business risk and assurance services. He has been serving the profession for over a decade.
Muhammad Faisal Yaqub

Muhammad Faisal Yaqub is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2015. He started with professional with Grant Thornton and then worked as Financial Analyst in a US-based entity MTBC Inc. (A NASDAQ Listed Company) and as Head of Finance and Accounts in Secure Logistics Group, a group engaged in Logistics, Security and Vehicle Tracking services.
He possesses excellent financial forecasting, budgeting, and treasury management skills and has raised debt finance for many businesses.
He is practicing as a Chartered Accountant since March 2018. He has a diversified experience of auditing and advising clients in the manufacturing, oil & gas, financial, logistics, security, education, and development sector.
Irfan Bashir

Mr. Irfan is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan since September 2018. Prior to joining as Director Business Development, Mr. Irfan was working as an Assistant Manager Accounts in Laraib Energy Limited, a hydel IPP.
During his service in Laraib, he was engaged in various functions namely financial reporting, conduct of external and internal audits, management reporting, corporate taxation, litigations, arbitrations, secretarial compliance, carbon credits, dividend matters, provident fund and gratuity funds management. Throughout his professional career at Laraib, he developed thorough understanding of core areas of the organization including internal controls, business processes, policies and procedures, regulatory requirements of NEPRA, CPPAG, NTDC and PPIB etc.
Mr. Irfan played a pivotal role in process improvement to boost operational efficiencies in the organization.
